"Age is but a number"

The School of Life refers to skills exchanges between young and older people. Older people have a wealth of experience and knowledge that may help younger people achieve things that are not strictly taught in schools.

We are seeking older volunteers who can give some time to offer their skills to younger people. Some examples may be:

Teaching games from yesteryear
Practical skills i.e. decorating, painting, woodwork
Gardening projects
Cookery & budgeting skills
Sewing, knitting
