As at 1st December 2012 CRB is changing.

Criminal Records Bureau and Independent Safeguarding Authority have now merged to become DBS - Disclosure & Barred Services.

NEW FORMS ARE NOW AVAILABLE. PLEASE NOTE ALL OLD STYLE FORMS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTABLE UNTIL 14TH FEBRUARY 2013.

It is standard practice of good recruitment for employers to satisfy themselves of the identity of applicants to whom they wish to offer a job or volunteering position.
