ISA Registration

Please note:

“The Home Secretary is going to announce that registration due to begin on the 26th July 2010 is to be put on hold.  A review will take place and a scaling back is likely to follow.”

We have today spoken to the CRB offices who inform us that the NEW CRB FORMS will still be used from the 26th July 2010 and SECTION d will not need to be filled in.

Nene Valley Community Action will continue to keep you updated regarding this matter.

Criminal Record Checks
If your group works with vulnerable adults or children all staff, volunteers and Trustees should have a CRB check. NVCA can organise this for you. Volunteers £10 each. Enhanced checks £45.

Event Organisers
NVCA have a wealth of experience in organizing events, conferences and seminars. We are able to help you organize your booking system, registration desks, publicity and marketing. A small fee is charged for this service.

Equipment for Short-term Hire
Arange of equipment is available to hire by the sector.
Items include laptop, projector, exhibition stand, digital camera, interactive white board. Prices start from as little as £1.

Portable Appliance Testing
It is a legal requirement to have all portable equipment (computers, hoovers, kettles, printers etc.) tested regularly. NVCA can arrange this for you at only £1.20 per item. Minimum charge £20.
